I tried to recreate the issue with the RadAjaxLoadingPanel design-time initialization but unfortunately to no avail (see the enclosed project). Can you please ensure that you are using the latest official version 2007.1.626.0 of Telerik.Web.UI.dll in your project? You may also try restarting your VS and open the web site again to see whether this alleviates the abnormality.

Thanks for the reply.
I should mention that I am using VS2008 Express Beta2.
You sent me a fix for a problem I was having with RadAjaxManager which worked a treat.
Perhaps this has the same issue.
I am using the latest version available on the website.

The latest Prometheus release have fixed the problem with the RadAjaxLoadingPanel design-time - I hope you mean the same problem. You will find it attached here as well.

You can use the attachment clipped to my colleague Konstantin's post or switch to the latest version 2010.3.1317 of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX (should be available in your Telerik account's Product Files Download section).
