Text Align Center in RadChart

Hi All,
             I am using Rad Chart and displaying data in StackedBar format. I want to text align center in stackedBar. Currently it displaying in upper side and i want to display in center of the Bar.

One more problem is that i want to display data colomn filed (filed name is "DOB") in X axis. I am not enable to do this.
