[Solved] Telerik.Web.UI assembly cannot be loaded in VS.NET 2008

Hi,

I just downloaded RAD for ASP.net AJAX. I am running Visual Studio 2008/.NET 3.5. The installation was without any error and I see the RAD controls in my toolbox. However, when I drag and drop any RAD control onto my aspx page I get an error 'Cannot load file or assembly Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2009.1.402.35....'

I can see the DLL in the bin directory under my project.  Please suggest how I can get around this problem.

I have the same problem after installation of build 2009.1.402.35 ... After new installation of references or so shorttime the problem seems resolved. Short time later it comes newly. All files are ok ...
