I have a RadAjaxLoadingPanel on an aspx page which works fine in IE 7, however, in Firefox Version 3..6.13 it keeps on turning even when the page has finished loading. Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this problem? If I disassociate the loading panel control with the RadAjaxPanel then there's no issue on the page it loads correctly.

Hello Shaya,

Could you please let me know what version of RadControls you are using? Test the application which the latest official release and verify if the issue still appears.
Also you could try explicitly call hide method for the RadAjax LoadingPanel as it is described in the following help topic.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the reply Maria. I have Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET Q# 2009 SP2
Our support license expired in July 2010 - I will see if I can upgrade and also will try your proposed workaround.
