Telerik grid view spliting and scrolling at run time

Hi,
I have a requirement to split the telerik grid and scroll the one section at run time.Is there any property or any way to do that????

I mean that,At the run time I want to split the rad grid view in to two and scroll each section separately.
For example in Excel sheet,there is a facility to do that.(screen shot has been attached with this)
