Telerik AJAX license error - Upgraded from Perpetual License to Subscription

I Upgraded from ASP.net AJAX perpetual license to Dev Complete subscription and am running into ASP.NET AJAX License Error Banner & Watermarks issue. I have tried several approaches, but unable to solve the issue.

• Running a Web Application that is set to .net 4.7.2
• I installed Telerik 2025.3.825.462 and Telerik.Licensing.Runtime
• Copied the License vb script for UI for ASP.NET AJAX and pasted to top of assemblInfo.vb, the rebuild the project.
• I still get the banner. I have also tried copying the license.txt file to AppData\Roaming\telerik
• Also tried to Copy the VB code snippet into a new file, for example, TelerikLicense.vb and add to my project.
• I have tried removing .bin and .obj folders then rebuilding

Nothing is working. One odd thing I did notice is my VB Script License Key has 2 Assembly: Telerik.Licensing.EvidenceAttribute entries. In all of the Tutorial videos I have watched they only have 1 Assembly Entry.  Could one of these entries be my old perpetual license? Please advise what other steps I can try to troubleshoot.
