i have a design issue,which i want my tabstrip look like the below URL

i found it can be achieve through Skin = "Hay" ,so i created customized skin of Hay and changed the image color which i want
i got like below ,which i need some more of selected tab.

i think it mainly depend upon TabStripStates.gif in [ C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q2 2008\Skins\Hay\TabStrip ]
Finally i want my tab cross should be in right not left.

Hi Sudheer,
You can use the TabStripStates_rtl.gif as a base and use the RTL direction to achieve the look you want. Just replace the tabs as you see them in the sprite and that should be enough.
