TabStrip is Flickering when I enter into the page

Balu,

I'm using Tabstrip with four tabs...when i enter into the page...the tabstrip is flickering in the sense the tabstrip is coming into the page as from right side of the screen. I need it won't happened when i enter into the page the tabstrip is to fix there not to slide from the side.

Please help me in this issue.
