Tab cann't changed

When add "NavigateUrl" to tab, then the tab cann't chagned to selected status.Is this a bug or I'm missing something?

Hello,

This is by design - when a tab postbacks or navigates its state is not visually changed to selected and the corresponding pageview is not visually changed.
