I'm having same error "Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException"
It is working on my local dekstop but if some else accesing same application i got errors.
This errors happens for tooltip and grid and window controls
My rad controls version is RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2008 also installed patch for same.
Can any body help me out on same.

I am having the same issues on multiple sites.. but oddly on only one page. the solution to just place a global.asax file into the directory does not solve the issue for me.
