With the Q2 2013 release of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX we will add a TileList control to the suite which will enable you to achieve your goal. For more information you can check out our roadmap:

Q2 2013 is due for the middle of June. At the end of May we will release the Q2 2013 Beta where you will be able to see most of things that are planned for the official version, so stay tunes.
