Strange Grid behaviour after filtering

Hi Sir,
I'm experiencing an issue with a radgrid after filtering: the columns sizes are reduced and I'm unable to remove the filter.
To clarify, I'm posting images.

Hello Davide,

I was not able to reproduce your issue. I prepared a small sample so you could try it on your side and check whether you will observe the same behavior.
