When printing out my menu, the menu start listning by Parent = <NULL>

My Menu
| Start id=(1)Parent=NULL | Producuts(id = 2)Parent=NULL |

but when clicked on Products i want a new menu to start but instead of start listning by NULL i want to start listning by ID where id = 2. Is this possiable.
