Can someone tell me if it is expected behavior to have the editor statistics module display disappear from the toolbar while the editor is in spell check mode? If so, I imagine that the module is unable to track character count while the user is editing it in spell check mode and that is why it is not visible. I just need confirmation on this for explanation to users.

Hi Chris,
Yes, exactly. During the spellchecking operation the editor disables its toolbar and modules to prevent content modification. Only the spellchecker is allowed to modify the content due to user interaction.
