Hello Hh,

Send me the web.config file of your MOSS site. I will review it and advice you further.

Did this ever get solved? I'm having the same issue. Setting debug=false fixed the issue, but would like to have it functioning in debug mode as well.

Hello Mark,

In order to help you further I will need some additional information. Send me the web.config file of your SP2010 site and the configuration files of RadEditor for SP2010. These are ConfigFile.xml, ListConfigFile.xml, ToolsFile.xml, ListToolsFile.xml and SPEditorTools.js, which are in the /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/6.x.x.0__1f131a624888eeed/Resources/ folder. I will use the files to reproduce the problem on our test server and advice you furhter.

All the best,

My account doesn't have licensing for SP Acceleration, just SiteFinity so I can't submit private tickets with attached files for SP Acceleration specific issues (we're currently evaluating to see if it's something we want to license for our clients). I tried to use the public issue tracker and when I click Bug Report it just kicks me back to the Get Support page. And I can't attach files to this posting so how should I send them to you?

Thanks
