Adding a new button to the Editor toolbar removes all the Editor toolbar controls.  Is there a way to add a custom tool to the toolbar without removing all the default controls?

I found a potential solution in this thread: thread.  The problem is I don't see an EnsureToolsFileLoaded() method in my intellisense list.  I'm using Telerik.Web.UI assembly version 2008.1.515.20.  Is there a new version I should be using?

Hi Grant,

RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX v.2008.1.619 introduces improvements in the toolbar rendering and control loading. and the EnsureToolsFileLoaded() editor's method was introduced in this version.

My suggestion is to upgrade your project to the lastest version 2008.2.1001 (Q2 SP2 2008) and test again your project.

Yikes!  I'm using this control in a Sitefinity project ( not the newest version).  Upgrading will take some time...
