I have created a sample RadGrid web site to test the described appearance. On my side everything works as expected and the pager item is being displayed correctly. Could you please check out the attached application and try to distinguish the crucial differences between our projects?

Thank you Eyup, yesterday I saw that the problem was in the Master.css of my application:
a:link, a:visited
{
/* top: 0px;
left: -4px;
width: 46px;*/
}
That conflict was the problem. Now it's solved. Thank you very much for the example.
