Skins PSD

Love the controls but I want to style them myself.  The docs refer to the locations of the PSD files for editing but I have yet to locate them.  Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks but I tried that.  I only get one of the contest winners.  I am looking for the skins that come with the product.  Am I doing somehting wroing?  I select the product and version but only see one the one custom skin as a selection.  I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Please, review this help topic. All built-in skins are installed in "C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2008\Skins".

I have seen this.  I am looking for the PSD files specfically for Inox tab strip. I want to modify the colors.
