Skinid for treenode

Hi,
             Give me an example to create our skindid for the radtreenode only.Actually i want to do is to create my own skinid for particular radtreenode and apply at the server side when a particular condition is achieved.So if i apply this skinid then the particular tree nodetext is turns into redcolor.
          Is it possible to dothis.
          Please   Give me an example........
