I didn't know who to send this too, but I uploaded custom skins before 9/1, and I see them available for download, but I do not see them available for voting in the contest. Did I do something wrong?

I know how to vote, that is that was my question, my 2 are not there to vote on. If you go here:

Look at TabStrip, that one is mine, but it is not on the voting page.
Neither is the panelbar.

Both skins have been created by a Telerik Support officer. We have uploaded them on telerik.com, so that the community can benefit from them, but these skins are not eligible for participating in the contest. I am sorry.
