Hello Nicolas,

Thank you for contacting us!

According to our terms, the license for Sitefinity works for one top level domain name only, and this domain name cannot be changed. However, taking into consideration the current situation, we can make an exception and make a change for you.

What is the domain name you registered by accident and what is the new one you need to replace it with?

Looking forward to your reply!

Best wishes,

Hi,

Domain that is registered is redseguro.com

And the working domain is redseguroco.web710.discountasp.net

You can check my Site by following URL http://redseguroco.web710.discountasp.net/Redseguro/Home.aspx

Thanks in advance for doing needful.

What exactly does this mean?

If we have Sitefinity hosting multple sites, such as:

www.mycompany.com
service.mycompany.com
www.hostedforanothercompany.com

We can't have a license file with multple keys on the same server?

Can we put multiple <license> elements under the same <root> element in the license file?

Hello Jack,

Which version of Sitefinity are you referring to?

With Sitefinity 3.x your suggestion is absolutely valid;
In Sitefinity 4.x there are no <license> or <root> elements in the license key file at all.

Please drop us a line at sales AT sitefinity.com so that we can discuss this at further length!
