Hi Bharat,
At this point we do not provide SilverLight editor for SP2010. The only editor, which is specially designed for SharePoint 2010, is the ASP.NET AJAX RadEditor for SharePoint 2010. It comes with the hole SP2010 webpart package. I created a small video where you can see how to download it http://screencast.com/t/SWWHlCvk5J7e.
