Showing Radalert in an ajaxified Grid

Dear Telerik,

I am using rad grid with a user control in it.

And i want to showa rad alert while doing a selected action in the user control. How can i do this.

The problem is when i set the grid property enableajax= true, the rad alert will not be shown, else if the enableajax=false. then the rad alert will be shown!!
