Hi Amber,
What exactly are you trying to show? You can set alternate text for an image that will display on mouseover, or setup a fancy RadToolTip. You can just enter text on the page to display above each image. What design are you looking to have?

Actually, I am trying to set this up for news. There will images (with description). So the description will have to appear with the each image. (Image, link and description will eventually come from sharepoint list). But for now I would like to see the description on the bottom of the image or inside the image (but on the bottom).

I think the best way to do this would be with jQuery or perhaps Silverlight.
