I apologize if this is a dumb question, I haven't worked with your controls for a few versions. In the old controls you could set the radcontrols directory location with a similarly named property. I am using the ASP.NET AJAX Q3 2008 version and I don't see that property for the RadScheduler. Did that go away? I am building a custom MOSS web part trying to incorporate the scheduler, how can I specify where the directory exists?

Thanks.

Does anyone have an answer to this?

I've been through all the online documentation, specifically the sections on using the controls in a MOSS environment. I have set all the web.config settings and deployed the dll's.

How do the new controls know where the Scripts and Skins folders exist? Do I just install the controls on the server? Is there another property somewhere in the RadScheduler to change where these folders point?

Thanks.

Hi Joe,

RadScheduler as all other RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax does not need a RadControls folder. All required resources (JavaScript files, CSS and images) are deployed as embedded resources in the assembly. The deployment instructions found in our documentation are sufficient for deployment in MOSS. Should you need to customize a skin you can check this help topic.

I hope this helps,

Ahhh, so everything is wrapped up in the Telerik.Web.dll.

I would recommend an update to the documentation detailing this for those of us who have used previous versions where that isn't the case. I read all the "getting started" sections and didn't ever see this. It would help if this is specifically noted.

Thanks.
