Set/Clear all checkboxes

Is there an easy way to set/clear all checkboxes in the GridCheckBoxColumn or GridTemplateColumn column by using RadGrid client-side API?

You can refer to the following Code Library submission which demonstrates on how to check/uncheck all grid rows upon clicking the checkbox inside a template column HeaderTemplate.
