I'm using a radcombox (with custom text). I need to be able to change the caret position in the input area of the combo box from the client side.

I can figure out how to get the input domelement - but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change the caret position.

Help!

Thanks.

Hi all, I want to do the same thing but the link is broken!?

The DropDownWidth of my combobox is wide enough to show the contents while I select, but then once I've made my selection and the combobox closes, the contents in the inputcell area don't "look pretty". What I mean to say is that the start of the visible text isn't the start of my selection.

If I could set the caret to the start of my selection, this would tidy up the control and make the page look much better.

Any ideas?
