Hello Reza,
Since the Separator of the RadMenu is a kind of a MenuItem the properties that an Item has can also be applied but they will not render and will not take effect on the Separator. Unfortunately we do not currently support any other appearance of the Separator that is differs from the one that is rendered by default.
