We are creating the radgrid dynamically in code behind with one bound column and other template columns.
Also, we are using self referencing hierarchy to make heirarchical grid.
We have Autogeneratecolumns=false.
The problem is that level 0 rows are displayed but the child rows are not formed in the hierarchy. It displays 'No child records found'.
Whereas if we don not add dynamic columns and autogenerate them, it works fine.
But we cannot do away with dynamic creation as that is the requirement.
Please provide the solution for same.

Hello Cmehta,
I followed your scenario in order to replicate the issue but to no avail. Find attached a small runnable application with the implementation request by you. Give it a try and see if it works for you or if I am leaving something out.
