Hi Mike,
In general, when you set a definite height to the RadMultiPage control and its corresponding pageViews scrollbars should appear only when the height of the page exceeds the height of the pageView. If however, you are trying to dynamically set height to the pageviews I would suggest that you refer to the below forum where you can find a detailed discussion on this topic:
