I have a radpanelbar that I use as a navigation menu, it works great, but on one of the items there are subitems, if the subitems fill the area I need a scrollbar to appear.  A scroll bar does appear but only when you click in the area of the subitems, I need the scrollbar to always be there if the area is filled with subitems.  I see no scrollbar property, how can I achieve this?

Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim,

In order the scrollbars to automatically appear, you will have to set fixed height of the panelbar and set its ExpandMode property to FullExpandedItem.

<form id="form1" runat="server">
    <div>
        <asp:ScriptManager ID="ScriptManager1" runat="server">
        </asp:ScriptManager>
    </div>
    <telerik:RadPanelBar ID="RadPanelBar1" runat="server" ExpandMode="FullExpandedItem" Height="250px">
        <CollapseAnimation Duration="100" Type="None" />
        <Items>
            <telerik:RadPanelItem runat="server" Text="Root RadPanelItem1">
                <Items>
                    <telerik:RadPanelItem runat="server" Text="Child RadPanelItem 1">
                    </telerik:RadPanelItem>
                    <telerik:RadPanelItem runat="server" Text="Child RadPanelItem 2">
                    </telerik:RadPanelItem>
                </Items>
            </telerik:RadPanelItem>
            <telerik:RadPanelItem runat="server" Expanded="True" Text="Root RadPanelItem2">
                <Items>
                    <telerik:RadPanelItem runat="server" Text="Child RadPanelItem 1">

Thanks, that worked perfectly.  The only thing I did not have set was the height.

Thanks again
