Scroll Bar Add Extra White Sapace

Scroll Bar Add Extra White Sapace instead of Grid Header Theme Continue whenever we are using Static Header with Scroll Bar its Showing in Attached image .
Tell me how i should remove this problems.

I am actually having the same issue. In the previous version v.2011.1.519.40 it did not do this. Now in the latest it does what you describe. Also when you have less items than required for scrolling the scroll bar remains causing when one uses static headers for the content and it to be missaligned. Trying to find a solution now.
