I can test Rad Scheduler on my local machine all day long and it works great.  It writes to my SQL Server database and the New Appointment screen appears when I click the "options" button.  However, when I publish my site to my server, Rad Scheduler appears on screen just fine, but does not allow for adding or editing the schedule.  HELP!

Hello Anna,

I have inspected the page you sent us and at first look it looks like an Ajax issue. Can you try it without the AjaxManager and let me know if it works?

If it still doesn't work properly please provide me with the exact code that you are using so I can inspect it as well.

How would I go about trying this without the Ajax Manager?  Sorry, I am really new to this.

Hi Anna,

This behavior is unusual indeed. You can try to disable the CDN support as it is explained in this help article or if this doesn't help to replace the Telerik RadScriptManager with asp ScriptManager.

Hope this will be helpful.
