Thank you for noticing this issue, it seems Opera 11 table rendering is changed again after they changed it in 10.5. We will log it for fixing and I'm updating your Telerik points for the report.

This issue is now fixed, the fix will be available in the next internal build and service pack of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.
