[Solved] Scheduler And AdvancedTemplateForm

Hi,
I have read some threads regarding the advanced template form.
But, i cannot figure out how to implement this into my scheduler.
How do i add the Advanced Template into my project and how do i reference the template within my scheduler (so it opens this form) ??
