You can set a higher value for the XAxis.LabelsAppearance.Step property. You may also find useful Configuring Axes help article.

I don't think it will work for me. I m not displaying numeric fields. I m showing some week dates, like Mar 06, Mar 13, Mar 20 etc...

Numeric series expose XAxis.Step property that controls the step for the major ticks, while the XAxis.LabelsAppearance.Step property controls the step for placing x-axis labels. The last property is exposed by numeric and category series, so that it is fine to use it.
