I added a rotator inside a splitter pane, I put it at the top, it works well except when I scroll down the page, the rotator freeze at the top and the scrolling seems not apply to the rotator.
I am using the latest build and IE9.
Any idea?

Hi Andy,
I tried to reproduce the issue, but to no avail. Please, review the provided screencast and the attached sample page with the basic setup that I have used in my tests. My advice is to open a support ticket and attach a sample runnable project isolating the issue so that we can test it on our side.
