[Solved] Ribbon Bar Minimize issue

I have an issue with Minimizing Telerik Ribbon Bar. I have a Ribbon Menu bar with Multiple tabs. When I minimize the ribbon menu bar, the menu under the tabs do not show up. When The Ribbon menu bar is not minimized the tabs show up the menus and everything works as desired.

Any help is highly appreciated.
