I cannot quite understand your request. The responsive capabilities of RadRotator are described in the following help article, so I would suggest checking it: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/rotator-responsive-capabilities.html. Note that only setting the width in percentage is supported, the height needs to be fixed.

If you are still having difficulties with implementing the desired functionality, please describe your scenario in greater detail so that I can suggest a concrete approach, if there is such.
