When a new window is created and then resized a little larger than opened by using a mouse > right side drag. If you try to reduce window size by undoing the size operation, a shadow box shows up and locks all control in the shadowed area. Seems like sizing go out to lunch and have a hard time to get application back into control after this happens?

From the details that you provided, it seems that you are using the old version of RadWindow for ASP.NET, is this true? If this is so, I suggest to upgrade to RadWindow for ASP.NET AJAX where the resizing logic is changed and you should not experience such behavior.
