Resize to set start/end dates in Month view?

Is it possible to resize items to adjust their start/end dates in month view?

Or to put it a different way, where are the resize/move handles in month view?  I can see them only in daily view.

Indeed, it is not possible to resize appointments in MonthView. I will log your question and our developers will consider it.
