I've installed SP1 but now when i want to preview a report i can't see anything, netiher textbox or datafields.

what i'm missing?

I have a report with details section. At the botoom of my details section, I have a text box whoise data may or may not be long. For that reason, I want to put a page break after this and force a new page when the details section is onto the next record.

I set the PageBreak of the details section to After, BeforeAndAfter... but none of them helped.

Is there an example of this?

Can the reportsource property be set dynamically or does it have to be set through the designer?

I downloaded latest Telerik Reporting Trial and it seems installation does not finish properly because I dont have SQL Express installed locally. After installation in Visual Studio 2005 in Toolbox I see only ReportViewer, no other components. Maybe it's not SQL Express related, but I can't try anything.

Also, why forcing local copy of SQL Express. I have SQL Express server on another computer, just enable entering this information in installer and everything else is the same - you connect to server with information I provide during installation and no local copy of SQL Express is needed (I really dont intend to install it localy since I set up a computer that serves as SQL and IIS server).

Doese "subreport" have its Page Header, Page Footer, Report Header, Report Footer?

I tried and found that "subreport" does not have Page Header and Page Footer. Any plan for implement this function.

Hi,

I have a simple report with a header section with Textboxes and a detailSection with more textboxes.  I've noticed that the vertical spacing between the records in the detailSection are very large, almost 1-2 inches.  Also there is the same large space between the header and the beginning detail record.

How can I adjust this space/padding?

I created a report and I have 333 rows in the database. I want to display only 15 rows per page in my reportviewer control. Please give me a solution. Also, is it support the fiter functionality as in microsoft reportviewer control.

I am trying to bind data to pie chart and bar chart. But when I click the Charts Properties Window's Data Item, it will automatically close. I cannot open the Data Tab of the Chart Property window. I am using asp.net web application. Please Find a suitable solution for my problem. And also I am using SqlDataAdapter and when I click the reports datasource property, i cannot find the sqldataadapter. So I set the datasourc property of the report in the code. please give me a solution for this also. Its very urgent.

Hi, i'm evaluating your Reporting engine and I would like to know if it is possible to do this in my application and how:

- Have an empty or template report in my application;
- create the report content in runtime (run a query against the database and put some of the returned data in the report);
- export the report to pdf;
- send the pdf by e-mail
