Hi, the "classic" version of the RadComboBox control had the ExternalCallBackPage feature.
As far as I have seen, this does not exist in the ASP.NET AJAX version of RadComboBox and loading the combobox items via WebService does not support templates.
Is there a way to load the items on demand when working with templates?

Hi Martin Bischoff,
Right now we support loading on demand with templates only when you are using the ItemsRequested event. In the future we would implement support for ASP.NET Ajax 4.0 templates. You can find more info in this blog post.
