Reordering not happening properly when there is a scroll bar on the screen.

i have a Raddockzone on my screen. IT contains many raddocks because of which a vertical scroll bar appears on the screen. Now when i try to drag the first the first raddock to the last position in the zone some white space kind of thing appears and it does not correctly detect the position where i intend to put the raddock. BEcause of this the raddock does not fall properly into the position i intend to put, instead it places itself at some other position. THis problem comes only when there is a scroll bar on the screen. Can anyone please let me know what has to be done to resolve this.

I made some tests on my side but I was not able to reproduce the problem. Please check the attached movie - maybe I am missing something?

Could you please give us more details about the scenario and a list of steps to reproduce the issue?
