Hi. Without getting into code-behind, is there any way to remove the "Displaying page 2 of 2, items 51 to 98 of 98."?
If I have to go into code-behind, how do I do this? I just want to strip that part out and only have < and >.
This is very urgent as I have an important meeting early next week and have to demo this app.

I always seem to be able to brute force something immediately after posting......
Is this the ideal way of doing this?

It seems that you discovered one possible means to hide the text message of the pager. The other methods would be to utilize the PagerTextFormat property of the pager or your custom pager template.
