We are getting ready for a SP2 release of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX by the end of this week.
The next major release (Q2) will be released towards the end of July - once we finalize the details of what will make it in the release we will post details on the website roadmap.
Generally, when you report a problem in a support ticket or in the forums we do our best to provide an estimated date when it will be addressed (Service Pack, Major Release, etc with their targeted dates). We will soon open up a public interface of our bug-tracking system which will provide an easy way to report/follow-up/vote/track issues. This will bring even more transparency in the process.
