Relative Url WSS

hi, i need to use relative link with rad editor to put into html link such as: "/examplelibrary/nameoftheimage.ext" from the image manager and not put the entire url "www.mysite.com/examplelibrary/nameoftheimage.ext". is there a way to make it possible?
