reducing the header hight of the radgrid

hello all ...i am using a rad grid with "default" skin i want to make the header section smaller ...i tried doing so in the declaration of the the rad grid but no matter what i put the value it still doesnt work..any sugestions

ok i tried the three ways mentioned and none of them work...what ever i do the header hight is the same
