[Solved] Rebuild not working

I have a website on which I have been working for a while. Since today when I make changes to any of the pages the change will not be submitted until I close the project and reload it. Also in the window with errors any message or error will keep being displayed even though the error has been solved. The project doesn't seem to record any change made to any of the pages. Any help would be extremely helpful.
