Hi,

I have 2 grids, one business grid and one details grid. After entering in insert mode the grid does not have any loading template. Is there a way to re-enable this loading template like in edit mode ?

Thanks,
B

Hello Bayernfan,

Can you please elaborate on the issue that you are facing? Is it that the loading panel is shown on edit, but not on insert? Or does the insert operation permanently break the loading panel?

Best wishes,

Hi,
    Thanks the response!
My problem is that the loading panel is shown on edit mode, but not on insert mode. I want to show the loading panel in both cases.

Thanks

Hello Bayernfan,

If the control is prorly ajaxified, the loading panel should be shown in both cases. To further investigate the issue, you can open a formal support ticket, and send us a small project sample, demonstrating the case.
We will review it locally, and advise you further.

All the best,

Hi Yavor,

Here is a sample project where you can investigate my problem.
There is a dropdown what should postback after select. In edit mode the loading panel is shown, but in insert mode nothing happens.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Bayernfan,

I reviewed the code, and noticed that the grid is not properly populated. One possible way is demonstrated in the code sample here. Give this suggestion a try and let me know if this alleviates the issue.

Hi Bayernfan,

The version with the classic suite of controls is available in the following location.
I hope this gets you started properly.
